Meghan is licensed Massage Therapist, certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Pilates Instructor, 200 hour (RYT) Yoga Instructor, and certified YogaKids Teacher. Meghan believes in looking at the whole picture for enhanced wellness and that "every day is a new chance to take another step towards our happiest, healthiest self."⁠

Steph is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor and cycle instructor who teaches a musically driven rhythm ride. Each class focuses on increasing metabolism, burning fat and improving heart health. Steph loves cycle because she says "it's the time when my mind and body start to connect to the beat and bike."

Stacee began practicing yoga in 1996 and has been on a life long journey ever since! She completed her 300-hour vinyasa training at Moksha Yoga in Chicago in 2007 and her hot yoga training at CPY in 2014. Throughout the years Stacee has trained with several master teachers, including Shiva Rea and Ayurvedic specialist, Dr. Vasant Lad.  Stacee’s love of fluid, dynamic movement inspire her sequences; although she has taught vinyasa, hot, and restorative, she is a vinyasa yogi at heart! Stacee loves sharing her passion with others and is dedicated to helping her students improve their lives through the practice of yoga.  She is excited to be a part of the Shyft community!
