Bonnie is one of our PMA certified Pilates instructors. She believes that Pilates provides the balance and lifestyle skills to greet every day with enthusiasm. Molly is a certified Pilates instructor who enjoys sharing her love of Pilates and its amazing benefits with her clients. Pilates offers her the ability to bring a physical, mental and meaningful hour to someone's day - all with a smile!

MOLLY MOORE |  PILATES

Meghan is licensed Massage Therapist, certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Pilates Instructor, 200 hour (RYT) Yoga Instructor, and certified YogaKids Teacher. Meghan believes in looking at the whole picture for enhanced wellness and that "every day is a new chance to take another step towards our happiest, healthiest self."⁠

MEGHAN CONTI | PILATES

Andrea Bergeman Rak was comprehensively certified in 2006, in the 650-hour classical training program at Align Pilates of Minneapolis, and through the Pilates Method Alliance. She has worked as a teacher trainer with Peak Pilates, and completed numerous continuing education trainings and certifications, including Pilates for Neurological Conditions, Anatomy Trains for Movement Professionals, Pregnancy Protocols for Pilates through PhysicalMind Institute, PhysicalMind's Concentration 301 for injury protocols and post-rehabilitation, and the licensing course for Fletcher Barrework®, Fletcher Towelwork®, and Fletcher Floorwork®. Andrea has also studied with several first generation pilates instructors, including Lolita San Miguel, Ron Fletcher, Kathy Grant, and Mary Bowen. A former professional ballet dancer, Andrea incorporates her extensive background in movement and alignment in her teaching, seeking to help all varieties of people, from seasoned athletes and professional dancers to post-rehabilitative or deconditioned individuals, to feel centered, balanced, strong, and supple. Andrea also holds a yoga teacher certification through YogaWorks at the 200 hour level.

Jeni has been working in the fitness industry with national fitness companies for over 10 years. Prior to that, she spent her time in marketing and brand management. She has always had a love for wellness and healthy living. In 2008, she formally bridged the gap between passion and profession when she joined CorePower Yoga’s team. Here at Shyft, Jeni will wear many hats: consultant, co-worker, yoga teacher, and of course, friend.

JESSICA FONSECA I PILATES

Steph is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor and cycle instructor who teaches a musically driven rhythm ride. Each class focuses on increasing metabolism, burning fat and improving heart health. Steph loves cycle because she says "it's the time when my mind and body start to connect to the beat and bike."

STEPHANIE NASH | CYCLE

Lisa has been working in the fitness industry for 20 years, and has been teaching cycle for 10 years. Her energy for music, people and fitness were the perfect combination to becoming an instructor. She holds Group certifications with ACE, Schwinn, TRX, Beachbody-Insanity and WITS as a personal trainer. Lisa enjoys seeing the success of of others; when a beginner becomes a regular, the person that never felt they could do a cycling class is now a regular. At Shyft, Lisa aims to create a class that is fun, energetic, and takes riders away from their outside world, bringing them into a world of movement and focus on the present moment.

Sue began practicing yoga in 2015 and completed a 200hr certification as part of her yoga journey. In her previous life, she spent many years in the corporate world as a HR business partner. She took her first yoga class at Shyft in 2016 and found that she really enjoyed the unique small class format that brings her back to her mat at the studio in the heart of Naperville. While her earlier experience with yoga includes several different styles, Sue ultimately enjoys practicing and guiding Hatha Vinyasa classes.

Patty Marquis has been teaching cycle in the Naperville area for the past 20 years. Active in the fitness industry since college, she has taught at Rush Copley, Lifetime, & Edward’s Health & Fitness - she finds she loves the small boutique feeling at Shyft the most! Patty enjoys taking classes in the city with her two grown daughters whenever she can. She is happiest sharing her enthusiasm for cycle with others at Shyft.

Marianne is an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) and Certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor. Marianne has been a teacher for over 10 years. She believes that yoga and fitness should be accessible to all levels, all ages, and all body types. She loves to teach Hatha Vinyasa and the yoga piece of Cycle/Yoga. Marianne incorporates fun music in her classes with great playlists, and she fully believes in the connection of body, mind, and spirit… encouraging her students to let go of judgement and expectations… to simply open up and feel.

She completed her 300-hour vinyasa training at Moksha Yoga in Chicago in 2007 and her hot yoga training at CPY in 2014. Throughout the years Stacee has trained with several master teachers, including Shiva Rea and Ayurvedic specialist, Dr. Vasant Lad.  Stacee’s love of fluid, dynamic movement inspire her sequences; although she has taught vinyasa, hot, and restorative, she is a vinyasa yogi at heart! Stacee loves sharing her passion with others and is dedicated to helping her students improve their lives through the practice of yoga.  She is excited to be a part of the Shyft community!
