Cycle + Yoga: Our signature 60 minute full-body Cycle+Yoga class starts on a stationary bike as a vehicle for low impact, high intensity interval training. We then transition into Yoga for a full body stretch and strength.
Hatha Vinyasa - All Levels: By linking the breath with movement this flowing practice will challenge your focus, balance, strength and flexibility. This is an invigorating practice which builds upon the fundamentals and allows exploration into deeper levels of mind/body awareness.
